pkalk Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

pkalk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pkalk website, mobile version, and all services included therein.

When you open an account at pkalk, play games, or use any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and pkalk. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, pkalk's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

pkalk is firmly committed to preventing underage gaming. We may request relevant documents at any time for age verification purposes. If it is found that a user is operating an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at pkalk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any attempt to create an account using false or misleading information will be considered a breach of these Terms, and pkalk reserves the right to close such an account at any time.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, it will be considered "multi-accounting". In such cases, all accounts will be closed and accumulated bonuses and winnings may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to pkalk support immediately. All activities carried out on your account will be considered to have been performed under your responsibility.

• Use a strong password.
• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at pkalk is ৳100. We currently accept Bangladesh's major mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. pkalk only processes transactions through these three mobile banking methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Identity Verification

pkalk may request identity verification documents prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the correct documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal. This is part of our security and fraud prevention measures. Please have your National ID card or passport ready.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pkalk offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳54,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times (15x) the bonus amount before withdrawing any winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at pkalk's discretion.
• A bonus can be claimed once per account, per household, or per IP address.
• Winnings made using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is not permitted until wagering requirements have been completed.
• VIP cashback bonuses are provided on a weekly basis and vary by tier.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

Casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services are available on the pkalk platform. All games are conducted fairly and impartially. pkalk ensures fair play and uses SSL encryption.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, pkalk reserves the right to void that bet and refund the wagered amount. Any alleged "win" arising from a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Sports Betting

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet amount will be refunded or settled at pkalk's discretion.

6.4 Live Casino

Once a bet is confirmed in a live casino game, it cannot be changed. If the internet connection is lost or a session ends, active games may be settled automatically.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkalk. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds obtained from illegal or unclear sources is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing strategic bets to meet bonus requirements or using multiple accounts for that purpose.
• Cheating or Fraud: Using any kind of software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Providing False Information: Submitting fake documents or information during the registration or verification process.
• Threats or Harassment: Behaving inappropriately toward the support team or other users.
• Use of Third-Party Funds: Operating an account using another person's funds or payment method.

If suspicious activity is detected, pkalk reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close an account without prior notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

pkalk firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want our users to play for entertainment and enjoy themselves within their financial means.

9 Suspension and Termination of Service

• In accordance with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

9.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request account closure from our support team at any time. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, however any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be voided.

10 Limitation of Liability

pkalk will not be held responsible for any losses arising from technical errors, internet disconnection, server issues, or problems related to third-party software.

pkalk is not liable for financial losses resulting from gaming. Users play at their own decision and at their own financial risk. pkalk does not guarantee any wins or losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkalk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11 Privacy Policy

pkalk gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The information we collect is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security.
